The Start
PST - Plasma & Semiconductor Technologies GmbH started business on 1st of July, 1991. The company was founded by
Karl-Heinz Maurer (BSc in Electronics) and Volker Lischka (MSc in Physics), who both came out of a renowned company
active in the Thin Film business.

Founders
The founders have collected an accumulated experience of more than 45 years in PVD, both are owners and Managing Directors
and your partners for any question concerning Thin Film Technology.

The Team
The team is completed by Matthias Nolte, who is responsible for order processing, shipping and service and Anja Hess,
who is supporting us as secretary and in accounting.
