As obvious from the company's name, PST GmbH started with activities in Plasma- and Semiconductor Technologies
but after a short while several manufacturers of PVD components looking for a European representation
contacted us

Since 1992
.. Sales and service of high quality Electron Beam Guns and Power Supplies, Planar-Magnetron Sputter-Sources and
Magnetic Fluid Rotary Feedthroughs have contributed to a continuous growth of PST GmbH and its reputation. In
addition we offer refurbishment of existing PVD systems as well as process support and assistance in designing
new evaporation systems. We deliver spare parts for all of our products, in most cases from stock.
